Most other NGOs that promote the Japanese culture seem content with mostly indoor activities and rarely venture into anything more to attract interest. Kesenai on the other hand has one vision, and that is to bring the Japanese Culture outdoors to the people.
We believe that the Japanese culture is full of many wondrous heritages with no age limitations and that it should be available to anyone, the most essential tool in educating the people about it is to indeed promote it outdoors. That’s why all of our projects are available to anyone and most of them involve the local communities within which they take place. Also, we’re open to any innovative ideas that could help us better shape our vision.
